Lindsey Fialco, Intern

Hi! My name is Lindsey, I primarily provide individual counseling for adolescents, young adults, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use disorders. I believe that every person possesses the innate ability to thrive. I am committed to helping you build confidence, foster meaningful connections, and achieve your goals through self-reflection and supportive intervention.

I am pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a Substance Use Disorder certification. I am passionate about helping people navigate daily stressors and process traumatic experiences. Through this process, we will work together to develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs. My goal is to create a safe non-judgmental environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

The therapy process can be challenging but rewarding! We will work together to develop goals using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Strengths Based approaches. I will work alongside you to identify your strengths, values, and aspirations to empower you to take productive steps toward positive change.
