Hello! My name is Madalina Roscan. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, anxiety, acculturation challenges, and the search for meaning, identity, and belonging. I am currently completing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a path I came to after years of personal growth, reflection, and transformation.

Originally from Romania, I immigrated to the United States as an adult and have spent much of my life exploring questions of home, selfhood, and connection. My journey—shaped by loss, change, and a deepening sense of inner truth—has informed the way I hold space for others in times of uncertainty and renewal.

My counseling approach is grounded in existential theory, which honors each person’s freedom, responsibility, and unique search for purpose. I believe healing begins when we meet life honestly and are met in return with presence, care, and respect. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel supported, deeply seen, and empowered to live in alignment with your values.Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I walk alongside my clients with curiosity and compassion. I bring a calm, steady presence to our sessions and trust the wisdom that emerges when we slow down and listen deeply.

Choosing a therapist is a meaningful step. If you’re seeking a space to reflect, grow, and reconnect with what matters most, I’d be honored to walk with you.
