Hi, I’m Macy! I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. I’m excited to start creating supportive spaces for my clients and their families!

I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they build confidence, deepen their sense of self, and navigate life’s challenges. I’m especially drawn to working with children and adolescents and aim to incorporate play therapy techniques into my work, with the long-term goal of becoming a certified play therapist. I welcome clients of all ages who are seeking support with anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, Adlerian, and humanistic. I believe in meeting each client where they are and building on their strengths, resilience, and innate potential. I strive to create an encouraging, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and empowered to explore your emotions and experiences. Together, we’ll tailor our work to your goals and support your growth in meaningful, practical ways.
