Hello, I’m Nick! I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions. Therapy can sometimes be a long and daunting process, but I believe it is important to create an environment where you can feel safe, supported, and take meaningful steps towards achieving the best version of yourself.

I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bradley University, where I continue to grow my skills and understanding to better support you in your journey. I also received my bachelor's in psychology from Northern Illinois University.

I take an integrative approach that centers around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while emphasizing a strengths-based, person-centered style that moves at your pace. Together, we’ll identify your goals and work toward changes that feel manageable and aligned with what matters the most to you. I strive to create a space that feels welcoming, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, where you can openly express your thoughts and experiences freely.

While I stress the importance of maintaining self-care with my clients, I try to prioritize these practices in my own life. Outside of my school and work, I love to exercise, spend time with friends and family, play video games, and watch new shows and movies.

I look forward to getting to know you and working together to support your growth and well-being!
