Hello, my name is Kelly! I work with adults who are seeking support around anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, substance use, and relationship concerns. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Counseling at Northwestern University.
I strive to create a space where judgment can’t thrive—one that is grounded, collaborative, and validating. I bring curiosity and care into my work, helping clients gain insight into their experiences while working together toward sustainable change. While my approach is primarily integrative, I am especially drawn to skills and concepts from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I place a strong emphasis on self-care and aim to practice it in my own life. For me, this includes spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga, trying out a new recipe, enjoying creative activities, and relaxing at home with my dog.
I look forward to working with you as we navigate discomfort together and move toward meaningful growth!
