Hi, I’m Jordan! I believe therapy is most effective when it feels genuine, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Because of this, I strive to create a welcoming, collaborative space for teenagers, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, trauma, and life transitions.
I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University, where I am strengthening my clinical skills and commitment to providing thoughtful, culturally responsive care grounded in empathy, respect, and evidence-based practices. Before entering the counseling field, I gained experience in a variety of settings, including psychiatric inpatient care, special education environments, and coaching youth sports. These experiences shaped how I understand resilience, growth, and the ways people cope with challenges through both structure and support.
My approach is client-centered and integrative, with an emphasis on meeting individuals and families where they are. I enjoy collaborating with clients to explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools - such as coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and communication techniques - that can be applied beyond our sessions.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or adjusting to change, my goal is to provide both a supportive space and practical guidance to help you feel more confident and capable in your day-to-day life. I would be honored to support you or your family as you work toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
