Hi, I’m Jaqueline! I’m passionate about supporting adults who want to better understand the connection between their nervous system, relational patterns, and emotional and physical well being. I’m especially drawn to working with developmental, relational, and attachment trauma, including the effects of childhood emotional neglect. I have a particular interest in supporting adults who grew up with emotionally immature caregivers or took on adult responsibilities early in life. My approach is rooted in the mind-body connection, and I am interested in working with those experiencing chronic or neuroplastic pain, as well as those who relate to sensory sensitivity, overwhelm, or executive functioning challenges.
I’m currently completing my Master’s in Counseling at the University of Kentucky. I moved to the United States from Canada as an adult, and I’m mindful of how immigration and relocation stress can shape our mental health.
My approach is trauma-informed and mind-body focused. I’m currently a Somatic Experiencing student, and I incorporate somatic practices and IFS-informed parts work strategies to support nervous system regulation so that we can strengthen your sense of internal safety over time. I believe that our patterns are developed from a system that wants to protect us, even if those patterns no longer serve us.
I strive to create a space that feels deeply attuned and rooted in safety. No matter your path, I’m here to support you in moving toward steadier regulation, deeper self trust, and a life that feels more aligned and sustainable to you.
