Hello, my name is Teadora! You are more than welcome to call me Teddy! I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University and I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Springfield. 

I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages navigating difficult life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and just a deeper understanding of emotions. I truly believe counseling is about making a safe space to simply understand yourself a little bit more in all transitions of your life. 

I believe our curiosity is our strongest guide with navigating life and understanding ourselves. My approach is: Client-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am committed to a collaborative, nonjudgmental journey where we can explore all bumps in the road of life, as well as explore the complexities of our brains and how it relates to our behavior.

Outside of my professional and academic career, I enjoy reading, blasting music, and cozy spaces ... not all at the same time!
