Hi, I’m Brooke! I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University’s Family Institute and earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem, and family conflict. I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults, as well as individuals and families impacted by substance use and eating disorders.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in a systemic perspective. I believe people are best understood within the context of their relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful change.

Before beginning my clinical training, I volunteered with Crisis Text Line and completed an educational psychology internship at Rush NeuroBehavioral Center. These experiences strengthened my passion for helping individuals navigate challenges with empathy, curiosity, and compassion. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
