Hi! My name is Christine and I love working with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing anxiety or depression. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent clients who need help with coping skills, with families navigating issues related to neurodivergence, and with people experiencing life transitions, particularly menopause or divorce.
Therapy can feel scary and intimidating. I aim to create a safe environment for people to explore their feelings. Together, we can reshape the stories you tell yourself in a supportive manner using the techniques of narrative therapy. I love storytelling and think it greatly shapes how we see ourselves and the world around us. Reshaping the stories we tell ourselves can have a powerful impact on our mental health.
Before pursuing my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University, I earned a bachelor's degree in Print Journalism from American University in Washington, DC and an MFA in Creative Writing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
