Hello! My name is Haley. I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages as they navigate life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges. I believe counseling works best as a collaborative, client-centered process — one where you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to support and guide you toward your goals.
Together, we will work to build self-awareness, develop practical coping skills, and create tools you can rely on to build a stronger, more resilient future.
I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of West Alabama. I also hold a Master's degree in Performance, Sport, and Exercise Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clemson University.
My path to counseling has been shaped by each of these experiences — from studying the psychological side of performance and human resilience to grounding that knowledge in the foundations of clinical practice. Each step has deepened my curiosity about what helps people grow, adapt, and thrive, and ultimately led me to pursue counseling as my calling. I am excited to walk alongside my future clients as they work toward meaningful change.
