Hi, I’m Ashley! I primarily work with adolescents and adults, but I’m open to supporting individuals of all ages. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship challenges, and behavioral issues. I have a particular passion for working with children and teens who are struggling with emotional regulation, impulsivity, or other behavioral concerns. My goal is to help clients better understand their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and strengthen their interpersonal relationships.

I’m a Licensed Social Worker and earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Taylor University, followed by my master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University. As someone who personally understands the impact of mental health challenges, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly heard and supported.

When working with younger clients, I focus on building trust and connection through creativity, play, and age-appropriate interventions. I enjoy bringing a sense of fun and engagement into sessions while also helping children learn how to manage big emotions and make positive choices. I often incorporate play therapy techniques and behavior-focused strategies to support growth in both home and school environments.

I also utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices to meet each client where they are. My focus is on collaborating with each person to create a personalized plan that encourages healing, growth, and self-understanding.
