All orders are shipped throughout South Africa to your PO Box, nearest Post Office or Postnet branch or to door (in major centres) within 1 - 2 working days!

Orders to regional areas (areas not serviced by a major airport) need to go to your PO Box, your nearest Post Office or Postnet branch.
Once you place your order on the product pages or on the telephone, the orders are shipped from our call centre in Cape Town, South Africa.

- Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Thursday) should reach you the next day (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after 12 noon (Monday to Thursday) will arrive within 2 working days (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed before 12 noon on Fridays will arrive on Monday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays or during the weekend will arrive on Tuesday (excluding public holidays)
