Our Ask Us team is supervised by our Director, Michele Carelse (Clinical Psychologist), Cathy Samuel (PetAlive's product consultant) and staffed by a team of trained health consultants. | 1. Are your remedies available in shops? |
|

Yes, they are available in our shop at 8 Gabriel Road, Plumstead, Cape Town. Otherwise we ship all our local orders throughout South Africa - directly to your door or to your PO Box or nearest Postnet. Please click here for international orders outside South Africa. All our products are available worldwide.

| 2. How long does it take to get the remedies to me? |
|
|
If you order online, we will courier the parcel to you (postage included in price) and it will take 1 - 2 working days.

| 3. I don't have a credit card. How else can I order? |
|
|
You can also pay online via EFT or deposit at the bank. Please fax the deposit slip to 021 797 0045 and we will dispatch the remedies to you once the payment reflects in our account.

| 4. Can you diagnose my pet? |
|
|
Since we are unable to examine your pet, we cannot make a diagnosis. Thus we recommend that you take your pet to your vet, where a correct diagnosis can be made and any underlying conditions may be ruled out. Thereafter, we will be happy to help determine, if need be, which of our remedies would best suit your pet.

| 5. Can I use your remedies instead of my pet's prescription medication? |
|
|
It is important that you inform your vet that you are using a PetAlive remedy as this may affect the dosage of conventional medicines or may require more frequent screening tests. In cases of epilepsy or diabetes please work closely with your vet so that all medications can be adjusted accordingly. Due to the high safety profile of all our remedies it is safe to use them in conjunction with most conventional, allopathic medications. | 6. Can I stop the medicine my vet prescribed? |
|
|
You may be able to taper the dose of conventional medicine down to a much lower dose or to stop it altogether, but please work closely with your vet so that all medications can be adjusted accordingly for the best end result. Due to the high safety profile of all our remedies it is safe to use most of them in conjunction with conventional, allopathic medications.

| 7. Can I use your remedies as well as the medicine my pet is already taking? |
|
|
Due to the high safety profile of our ingredients it is perfectly safe to take most of our remedies in combination with prescription medication. Once again, however, if in doubt, please consult our Ask Us team or phone 021 797 0193.
