What are the Ingredients?
Arctium lappa (Burdock): Widely known as a systemic cleanser and blood purifier, Burdock is also an effective digestive tonic and helps to support healthy blood sugar regulation. Taraxacum officinalis (Dandelion) is a rich source of vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin A, D, C, various B Vitamins, iron, lecithin, silicon, potassium, magnesium, zinc and manganese. How do I use PetAlive Kidney Support?
Directions: The drops may be mixed into a small amount of food or added to a bit of water and syringed into your pet's mouth.
Dosage: Cats and small dogs: 2-3 drops 2 to 3 times a day
Medium dogs: 5-10 drops 2 to 3 times a day
Large dogs: 10-15 drops 2 to 3 times a day.

There are a number of causes for kidney disease in dogs and cats. Certain medications for other conditions can compromise kidney function, toxins- such as antifreeze causes kidney failure, certain viral infections, bladder or kidney stones and general old age especially in cats. There is a lot you can do to prevent the onset of kidney disease.
Make sure your dog or cat always has access to plenty of fresh filtered water every day, especially if it eats a dry food diet. Try and feed a balanced high quality diet with plenty of raw and unprocessed food (preferably organic) prevent your pet from being exposed to toxins such as anti freeze.
If your dog or cat has had a problem with bladder stones and is on a special diet, make sure that they only eat the prescribed diet .Be especially vigilant and make sure that if the problem recurs they get to the vet as fast as possible, as the longer the bladder is blocked, the easier it is for the kidneys to be damaged.
