How do I use MindStill Essence?

I don’t want to take anything that could in any way harm the growth and development of my unborn baby. Is this remedy completely safe to take during pregnancy?

Yes, it certainly is! We have formulated all our Flower Essence remedies for safe and effective use in pregnant woman and they will not pose any risk at all to your pregnancy and unborn child - unlike prescription drugs. As these essences contain a very small amount of pharmaceutical ethanol, we recommend that they are diluted in just boiled water (as described in the dosage section) in order to evaporate all the alcohol without affecting the remedy.
